Absolutely! I’ve had people in the work place tell me that my emphasis on my kids was too great – my reply is that they will only be kids once, I’ll only get to enjoy the moments I have with them, and the more time the merrier. I think there is not enough emphasis on core relationships that matter – God, family, and close friends – and a little too much emphasis on careers that are over before you know it.

Amen! There is a book I have that is titled, “70×7″ that talks about forgiveness. It is our job to seek forgiveness and to forgive. The rest is up to the other person and the Lord. I am glad God spoke to you through His Word.

Hi Mark,
Your post just helped me to do the right thing, “He paid the price for our sin” if Jesus been the Son of God was afflicted, humiliated and murder, after all that He still forgave us.
Then! who are we to keep grudges against our neighbor and not been able to forgive them?
I know that my enemies will be my enemies as longer they want to. My obligation as Christian is to forgive them, if I want to live like Christ.
For me “forgiveness” is the hardest part of been a Christian. But I’ll always try to have a forgiven heart.
